INGREDIENTS

– 150 pieces of dark chocolate
– 150g of butter
– 2 eggs
– 140 g of sugar
– 1g of salt
– 65g of flour

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180°c.
Step 2: Melt the butter with the chocolate in a ´bain-marie´.
Step 3: Beat the eggs with the sugar then add the chocolate mixture and the flour.
Step 4: Pour the mixture into a buttered pan and bake for 25 mins.
Step 5: Cool for 1hr30min and serve cold.

The chef´s special touch:
Add almonds and cashews for more flavor.
