RECIPE
You will need:
4 Tbs (40g) spices for Fried Fish
½ Tbs white sugar
600g fish fillet (bream, spearfish or hake) cut into 4 pieces
½ Tbs garlic paste
½ Tbs ginger paste
2 Tbs plain yoghurt
1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
Cooking oil
Chopped fresh mint and coriander
Method:
Marinate fish with lemon juice.
In a bowl, make a paste with garlic, ginger, sugar, yoghurt, spices for Fried Fish, coriander and mint.
Coat the fish pieces with the above paste and let marinate for 2 hours in your refrigerator.
Deep fry the marinated fish pieces, until crispy.
Serve with fresh slices lemon, salad and bread.
