Steward’s Lazzat Tandoori Spices Box 50g


It is believed that Tandoori Chicken is good for your brain health! Chicken is known to increase the serotonin level that leads to reduced stress level and fewer mood swings. Tandoori Chicken reduces the risk of Alzheimer’s disease. Chicken contains vitamin B5, B3, B6 and other nutrients.



You will need:

5 Tbs (50 g) spices for Tandoori
2 kg chicken cut into pieces (make deep slits into fleshy parts)
Red and green pepper (optional)
Lemon and pineapple slices
1 Tbs garlic paste
1 big onion, crushed
1 Tbs honey
200 ml plain yoghurt
4 Tbs cooking oil


Make a paste with onion, yoghurt, honey, garlic, oil and spices for Tandoori.
Mix the chicken with the marinade and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight.
Preheat oven to 200º C, bake the chicken for 40 minutes.
Garnish with red and green pepper, lemon and pineapple.
Serve with chips, salad and garlic bread.


Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add chicken and some water and cook until tender.
Grill for 10 – 15 minutes until roasted.
