INGREDIENTS

– Spring roll leaves
– 200g ground chicken
– 75g minced cabbage
– 50g Chinese mushrooms
– 75g carrot
– 1/2 onion
– 15g soy sauce
– 30g oyster sauce
– 7.5g cornstarch
– 1.5 cloves garlic
– 10g ginger
– Salt
– Pepper
– 125g flour
– 175g water
– Yellow food color

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Marinate the ground chicken with ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, 15g of oyster sauce, and cornstarch.
Step 2: In another bowl marinate the carrot, cabbage, mushrooms, 15g of oyster sauce, and soy sauce.
Step 3: Cook the chicken with the onion and set aside once cooked.
Step 4: Fry the vegetables and put them aside. Be careful, they should still be a bit crunchy.
Step 5: Take a sheet of spring roll and place vegetables and chicken and proceed with the folding.
Step 6:  Mix water, flour, and yellow dye, dip in the batter and fry the Hakien.
