RECIPE
You will need:
2½ Tbs (25g) spices for Prawns
500g prawns unshelled
150g tomatoes (cut into cubes)
1 tsp garlic paste
½ tsp ginger paste
200g onion, crushed
1 Tbs lemon juice
Cooking oil
Some curry leaves
Chopped fresh coriander
Method:
Marinate prawns with lemon juice and ½ Tbs spices for Prawns, ½ tsp garlic and ginger.
Heat oil in a non-stick utensil and sauté the onion with the curry leaves.
Add ½ tsp garlic, ginger and 2 Tbs spices for Prawns, allow cooking on low heat until oil float on the curry.
Add-in tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes.
Add-in prawns and some water. Stir well and cover the pan, allow cooking for 10 minutes on low heat.
Sprinkle with coriander.
Serve with plain rice and cucumber salad.
