This classic chocolate mousse is light yet intensely chocolate. It's quick and easy to make!

SERVES 4

INGREDIENTS

150g Nestle Dark Chocolate

4 Egg yolk

4 Egg White

30g of sugar

50g of butter

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate in a bain-marie (the preparation must remain a little hot but not burning).
  2. Add the egg yolks and whisk vigorously.
  3. Beat the egg whites energetically by adding the sugar gradually.
  4. Gradually incorporate the egg whites with the chocolate by mixing them delicately, especially without whipping, as the eggs should not be broken.
  5. Keep the mousse at least 2 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
