SERVINGS: 10 GRANOLA BARS

INGREDIENTS

2 Cups Oats

1/2 cup Dark Chocolate, chopped

1/2 Cup Coconut Flakes

1/2 Cup Almonds

1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries

1 Cup Peanut Butter

1/2 Cup Honey

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl combine oats, dark chocolate chips, chocolate chips, coconut flakes, almonds, cranberries, peanut butter, and honey until incorporated.
  2.  Line a 27×33 cm pan with Aluminum Foil. Spread the mixture evenly in the pan and press down firmly. Freeze for 30 minutes until the bars are firm and cut into rectangles.
