INGREDIENTS

6-8 skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons smoked paprika

2 slices lemon

Lemon, slices grilled plus juice for serving

Parsley, for garnish

Salt, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Purée smoked hot paprika with 2 slices preserved lemon. Cover and chill for 2 hours, skewer & grill or smoke to 165℉ internal temperature.
  3. Grill some sliced lemons too. Sprinkle with parsley, flake salt + grilled lemon juice.
