INGREDIENTS

1 cup of plain unsweetened almond milk

4 cups of loosely packed spinach

1 medium avocado (peeled & pitted)

2 medium apples (cored & quartered or diced)

1 medium banana

2 teaspoons honey

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger (or less for a more subtle ginger taste)

Handful of ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients, except for the chia seeds, to a high-powered blender. Blend till mixture is smooth. Add chia seeds to the mixture and enjoy immediately.

Note: This smoothie can be kept refrigerated up to one day.
