INGREDIENTS

– 700g ground lamb meat
– 1 Onion
– 1 Clove of garlic
– 1 Egg
– 6g cumin powder
– 3g ginger powder
– 3g cinnamon powder
– 15g mint
– 30g chopped coriander
– Salt
– Pepper
– Skewers or wooden picks

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°c
Step 2: Chop the onion, garlic, and mint.
Step 3: Mix everything together and add cumin, ginger, cinnamon, salt, and pepper before adding the egg.
Step 4: Shape the mixture into balls and stick them on a skewer.
Step 5: Place in the oven and cook for 15 minutes, turning the brochettes halfway through cooking.
